The Academy Advantage app facilitates interaction among Home Buyers, Realtors, and Loan Officers by providing a platform to assess pre-qualification status for specific home loans during the home search process. When a buyer is pre-qualified, they can generate an official Pre-Approval letter to strengthen their offer on a property.

This application enables all three parties—home buyer, loan officer, and real estate agent—to monitor the progress of the mortgage application as milestones and conditions are met toward final approval. It promotes transparency and efficient communication throughout the lending process.

Features available to Home Buyers include:

• Utilizing the Mortgage Calculator to estimate monthly mortgage payments accurately
• Determining loan qualification and eligibility for various loan types using the calculator
• Printing Pre-Approval Letters for use in purchase offers
• Tracking mortgage milestones through the Milestones tool
• Reviewing outstanding conditions via the Conditions tab
• Uploading required documents efficiently with the Camera upload feature
• Quickly contacting their Loan Officer or Realtor for assistance

Realtors (Buyer's Agents) can leverage the app to:

• Review their client's financial information securely
• Assess the client's borrowing capacity prior to scheduling property showings
• Determine eligible loan types using the Mortgage Calculator
• Generate Pre-Approvals independently, without waiting for direct communication from the loan officer
• Monitor the progress of their client's mortgage application via the Milestones tool
• Track specific conditions related to their client's loan status
• Contact the Loan Officer directly for any inquiries or updates
